Where it all started

Somewhere between the third spreadsheet of the week and the fifth "sorry, I thought you were following up on that" — it became clear that the problem wasn't the people. It was the tools.

Dubai is one of the most relationship-driven business environments on the planet. Deals happen over coffee. Referrals move millions. The speed of business here is relentless — and yet most of the software being sold to manage it was built for a different world entirely.

tyqa was born out of that frustration. Not as a feature checklist. Not as a response to a competitor. But as a genuine answer to a question we kept asking ourselves: why is it still this hard to just know what's going on with your business?

We built the thing we wished existed. And then we kept building.

How we got here

2023
The frustration becomes a plan
After years of consulting and watching businesses struggle with disconnected tools, the decision was made: stop complaining and start building. tyqa begins as an internal prototype.
2024
First real users. First real feedback.
A small group of Dubai-based businesses start using tyqa in their day-to-day operations. The feedback is brutal, honest, and invaluable. The product is rebuilt from the ground up twice.
2025
tyqa CRM v1 launches
The first official release. Lead management, pipeline tracking, follow-up reminders, and team collaboration — all in one place. The response validates everything we believed about the market gap.
2026
v3.0 — The operating system vision
tyqa evolves beyond CRM. UTM tracking, analytics, automation, and deeper integrations. The vision of a true business operating system starts to become reality. This is just the beginning.
